We almost always ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). For orders that weigh less than two pounds, when possible, we use Priority Shipping with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We do not ship to international addresses.
Typically, under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 24-48 hours. However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.
Orders containing perishable items are shipped in a timely manner so that they are schedule by the carrier to arrive on or before Friday. Perishable orders that cannot be delivered before the weekend will be held and shipped the following Monday.
We are not responsbile for logistical issues. Please contact the appropriate carrier to resolve any logistical matter, dispute or to make alternative delivery arrangements once your order has been shipped.
