Our pastry chefs take great pleasure in preparing all of our desserts, breads, and pastries which are served at Strongbow.

Our cakes are iced with Italian butter-cream frosting. We also offer whipped cream icing as well as fondant for additional charges.

Our wedding cakes are created based on the bride & groom’s specifications. A 6” anniversary tier is prepared with our compliments.

Cake Policy
 
Due to licensing restrictions, we are responsible for all food and beverage dispensed within our facility. We have a fabulous bakery on premise to prepare all of your baked needs. Should you prefer to supply your own cake there is a $.75 per person cake cutting fee. All food and beverage must be dispensed by our staff. The fee includes plates, forks, and a satin-skirted table.
